This is our 3rd annual workshop/photo shoot at Duck Lake State Park.  Due to the success of our yearly sunset beach shoot at Grand Haven, we have added the beautiful Duck Lake State Park beach to this summer's agenda. The stream from Duck Lake flows into Lake Michigan and creates a large pond on the beach which is great for reflections of subjects at sunset. This is a hidden jewel along Michigan's Gold Coast.
This workshop/seminar features at least 1 male and several female models. You will learn how to photograph people at sunset using ambient light, reflectors and fill flash. "Subtractive Lighting" will be demonstrated, which is the secret to getting professional results in normally difficult situations.
After the event, we will meet at a local restaurant to review our photos and learn even more.
This workshop is open to beginners and pros alike and is limited to the first 12 photographers. First come, first served.
Cost is just $39.00 prior to the Saturday before and $49.00 after Saturday and at the door.

This  is the big one! Join us on the beach in Grand Haven on Lake Michigan,  August 11, 2019 for our 7th annual beach fashion shoot, featuring models  from all over West Michigan. (Models as of July 14 - Amelia, Jenna,  Jensen, Jordan, Lindsay, Mandy, Meggie, Olivia, & Tiffany. See  Photos below) You will learn how to photograph people outdoors in all  conditions. Using my "subtractive lighting system", it is easy! You will  learn: How to set your camera for the background, and your flash for  the subject, reflectors, 2nd and 3rd lighting options, posing for  singles, couples and groups, and much more. This event sells out quickly  and is limited to the first 20 photographers. The cost is only $75.00.  $65.00 for past attendees.
